Taking the first step towards positive change is an investment in yourself and your future. At The Hypnotherapy Room, sessions are tailored to your individual needs in a supportive, confidential and professional environment.
Sessions can be online or or in person at my clinic in Liskeard.
Most clients require a minimum of 5 sessions sometimes more.
Initial Consultation
45 minutes – FREE
Your first consultation is completely free. During this session we will:
- Discuss what you'd like to achieve.
- Medical History/ GDPR/ Consent forms
- Discuss background of the Brain
- Answer any questions you may have.
- Complimentary Trance MP3
There is no obligation to continue after your consultation.
* no hypnotherapy will take place at initial consultation *
Individual Hypnotherapy Session
FREE - until Nov 2026
£ 30 per session from 1/11/2026
Each session lasts approximately 45-60 minutes and is tailored to support your progress and help you achieve lasting positive change.
Block Booking
Half price package starts 1/11/2026
This package includes:
- Five personalised Solution Focused Hypnotherapy sessions.
- A saving compared with paying individually.
- Ongoing support throughout your therapeutic journey.
Payment Information
- Payment can be made by bank transfer or cash.
- Block bookings must be paid in full before the first session.
- Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment.
- Bookings cancelled after 24hrs notice will be charged full rate.
